Winemaking process: The vines that deliver the raw material for this wine only produce 4 or 5 bunches which gives an idea of their quality. It is a powerful, wide and harmonious wine of cherry red colour with ocher edging of medium layer. After fermentation there is a post-fermentation maceration of 10 days and then spend 24 months in French and American oak barrels before bottling. Subsequently, the wine goes through a maturation period in the bottle of 12 months to complete its aging cycle.

Tasting notes: Intense cherry red colour with nuances with light brown tones. This wine has elegant and powerful aromas. The palate is complex, powerful and enveloping. Perfectly integrated.
