Emma Marris Sauvignon Blanc
Country/Region of Origin: New Zealand

Region: New Zealand, Marlborough

Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc

Background: Emma Marris is the daughter of Brent Marris, the man behind Sauvignon Blanc, The Ned. After spending her life surrounded by wine, she applies university-trained, ground breaking techniques to her Marlborough Sauvignon.

Tasting notes: This beautiful wine is bold, with inviting notes of green apple, papaya, lime and lemongrass.

Distinctly perfumed aromas of lime zest, guava, fresh jalapeno and white florals, accompanied by layers of salted citrus and flinty minerality. The fleshy fruit flavours and lively acidity add structure and textural intrigue with complex varietal characters lingering through a seamless finish.

Food pairing: Enjoy with a green salad.
