Made from exceptional parcels of grapes, the Casella family's 'Limited Release' range aims to show the ability of Australia's best wine regions. This was made in in the up-and-coming Wrattonbully region. Here, a cool climate gives grapes a luxurious ripening period.

Tasting Notes: Beautifully poised with an even balance of primary fruitcake flavours on the foundation of secondary cigar box, chocolate flavours giving this wine soft tannin notes portraying the finish of a classic well-structured Cabernet.
This red wine has notes of blackcurrant, vanilla and cedar. Deep, rich Cabernet Sauvignon with soft, fine tannins.

Food Pairing: Decant for an hour and serve at room temperature with lamb or cellar for a decade.
