Winemaking process: Classic white vinification with cold process. Soft and delicate pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel for about 12 days and aging in steel for 3 months.
Tasting notes: Aromas of ripe apple and peach stand out turning towards citrus and herbaceous notes. Fresh, invigorating and delicate, with a clearly perceptible minerality. It smells like fruits, citrus, white flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is easy drinking, refreshing, pleasant and well-balanced.
The sun of the coast also shines in the bright shades of this wine, of a straw yellow colour, with golden hints. Notes of lemon, freshly cut green apple, with some hints of aromatic herbs such as mint and sage outline its aromatic profile. The taste is fresh, sapid, persistent and extremely versatile.
Grape Variety: 100% Vermentino Region: Vermentino is a grape primarily found in Italy, which makes this particular bottle og Vermetino from France something worthwhile. Elicio Verminto comes from the Mediterranean IGP wine region which consists of land on the South-East coast of France and encompasses parts of the famed Provence and Rhone Valley winemkaing regions.
