Tasting notes: Pale golden-green. Remarkable and aromatic intensity on the nose. Floral notes of acacia and elderflower are backed up by blackcurrant buds and rhubarb.
Winemaking Process: Pneumatic pressing with gravity flow, cold settling, natural fermentation (without added yeats) in small, temperature regulated, stainless steel tanks. Aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks and regular tasting.
Tasting Notes: Crisp and clean. Very light pink on the pour. Green apple tartness. Expressive wine which has a fruity and aromatic nose with freshness. The mouth is refreshing and presents a perfect acidity, ripe fruit and some persistence. Gourmet with a deliciously tart, fruity finish.
Food Pairing: Cold vegetables starters, fish or meat carpaccio, grilled Asian cuisine, white meal and goats cheese.
