Vinification: The Chardonnay grapes were hand harvested. Yield was 2 Kg/plant. Bunches were selected, crushed, pressed and the must decanted at low temperature, then fermented for 8 days at 14 degress celsius.
Tasting Notes: This wine has a bright golden colour, citric aromas and notes of ripe pineapples and peaches mixed with light tones of butter and toasted bread. The paalte is rounded and creamy with a vibrant acidity.
Vinification: The Cabernet Sauvignon and the Carmenere harvest began on March 23. The yield was 1,8 Kg/plant. In the winery bunches were selected, followed by a cold soaking of 5 days at 8 degress celsius. Then fermentation for three weeks and maceration for 10 days.
Tasting Notes: This wine has a nice ruby red colour. On the nose great red fruit, which are mixed with light notes of cedar and spices, which from its aging in barrels. In the mouth it is soft, but with a good tannin structure. It is elegant, complex and has good persistence.
Vinification: The harvest began on March 12 and ended on April 10. The yield was 1,6 Kg/plant. In the winery, bunches and berries were selected, followed by a cold soaking of 7 days at 8 degress celsius. Then fermentation for 15 days and maceration for 12 days.
Tasting Notes: This 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby red colour, very good structure and good acidity. Also, it has a very good concentration, smooth texture, with great personality. In the nose this wine has a great intensity of aromas of red fruit and subtle presence of oak.
