Grape Variety: 100% Bobal Winemaking Process: Carbonic. Less than 22ºC/15 days. Aging in stainless steel. Controlled temperature (4ºC). Lightly filtered.
Tasting Notes: A vibrant, deeply coloured red with exuberant notes of red fruits, including blackberry, raspberry and currant with hints of spice. On the palate it is medium bodied and juicy with ripe berry flavours. Smooth with supple tannins and a fresh fruity character.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with tapas, cured meats, cheeses and light meart or poultry dishes.
