Winemaking process: Manual harvesting. Fermentation of 2/3 of the wort in steel tanks with the addition of yeast, 1/3 part is fermented in old French oak barrels to improve the texture of the taste of the future. Excerpt on the lees.

Tasting notes: Brilliant straw colour. The aroma of ripe banana, lychee with hints of rose and honey, the bright taste of exotic fruits and spicy touches in a refreshing aftertaste.

Food pairing: It is recommended to serve as an aperitif, as well as with Asian cuisine, for example, Peking duck, spicy dishes, soft cheeses.
