Tasting notes: A beautiful example of Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley. Elegant and refined, it has charming notes of elderflower, lemon and a mineral character.
The pleasant, fine and elegant nose reveals citrus fruit and after breathing notes of peach, pear and white flowers. The elegant palate is well balanced and plump, with complexity and minerality.

Tasting Notes: Crisp and clean. Very light pink on the pour. Green apple tartness. Expressive wine which has a fruity and aromatic nose with freshness. The mouth is refreshing and presents a perfect acidity, ripe fruit and some persistence. Gourmet with a deliciously tart, fruity finish.
Food Pairing: Cold vegetables starters, fish or meat carpaccio, grilled Asian cuisine, white meal and goats cheese.
