Tasting Notes: This wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has earned world-wide appreciation of the rosés of Provence. The nocturnal harvest makes it possible to obtain this pretty pale colour, while preserving an aromatic nose of red fruits and marshmallow. Without roughness, its mouth is round and harmonious.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with fresh salads (especially vinaigrette), grilled fish, shellfish, goat cheese or light poultry dishes.
