Winemaking Process: This sparkling wine's excellent freshness comes from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. Sparkling with Martinotti method, Prosecco Rose is the perfect companion for an aperitif or a creative dinner with friends.

Tasting Notes: Elegant antique pink in colour. The nose features aromas of rose and small red fruits accompanied by fruity notes. On the palate it is balanced, elegant and persistent, a contribution made by Pinot Noir.

Food Pairing:  Excellent as an aperitif, for sushi or Vegetarian haute cuisine dinner. Also pairs well with seafood or light traditional first courses.
