Tasting Notes: Very dense ruby red colour, intense aromas, fruity with hints of cherries, prune and pomegranate, spicy and herbal. A full bodied wine, warm, tasty with a pleasant fresh aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with slow-cooked rack of lamb, pappardelle with pork ragout, roasts or beef steak.
