Tasting Notes: Beautiful brlliant pale pink robe. The nose is frank and straight with a beautiful intensity of small red fruits (grenadine, redcurrant). The mouth is harmonious, combining unctuosity and freshness. Very delicate, we find the fruity expressions of the nose with a slight milky touch (yoghurt).

Food Pairing: Perfect with charcuterie, seared tuna, bouillabaisse and Thai noodle dishes.
