The attack is lively and acidic, quickly blending into ripe fruit flavours, balancing the initial acidity with an enveloping sweetness. The characteristic flavours of Pinot Noir dominate the tasting, revealing all the power and character of this grape variety.

Food Pairing: Its tangy finish makes it suitable for serving as an aperitif, as well as with charcuterie or cheese platters.
