Tasting Notes: Straw yellow colour. At the nose has a typical slightly-aromatic bouquet, with feelings of ripe peach, apple, floral notes and a hint of flint stone. At the palate it is rich, mineral and fresh, with a good structure that makes it a versatile wine.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled calamari, seafood, pesto pasta or creamy cheeses like ricotta.
