Winemaking Process: Harvested in the cool of the night for protection, swiftly crushed, chilled and pressed to produce pristine juice with intense varietal character. Gently fermented to preserve aromatics, and light aging on the lees to freshen and clarify into a bright and crystalline beauty.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of sun-fresh passionfruit and dew-drenched exotic fruits, explosive flavours of guava, melon and white peach end on a note of ripe grapefruit. Bright, light and refreshing.
