Winemaking Process: Grown on alluvial, gravel-rich soils this is a fresh Sauvignon Blanc from young, machine harvested vines. Stainless steel fermentation with some very limited lees work make for a wine packing with citrus character.

Tasting Notes: Rich stone fruit and ocean freshness comvine with vivid citrus elderflower, gooseberry and green grass. Well-balanced and elegant it has a lasting savoury finish.

Food Pairing: Combines perfectly with white meats, Asian cuisine and creamy pastas.
