Tasting Notes: A lemon colour of good intensity in the glass. This wine offers fairly pronounced aromas of lemon zest, green apples and a hint of melon. It is the lemon zest though that comes to the fore on the palate, complementing the natural crispness and nicely preserved acidity to generate real refreshment and interest. Falanghina can be considered a semi-aromatic variety, showwing its intense and luscious fruit as well as its balanced acidity provides length and freshness on the palate. Medium-bodied, well balanced, quite intense and persistent.

Food Pairing: Risottos, spaghetti with seafood, herbed chicken, savoury pies and fish.
