Tasting Notes: Straw yellow colour, bright and vivid, with golden highlights. Fresh and mineral, with hints of yellow flowers, peaches and citrus fruit. Tasty and full-bodied, with mineral hints. Lightly bitter at the end.

Food Pairing: Excellend with fish dishes (crab), fresh cheese, risottos, cous cous and fish soups. Great with smoked fish.
