Tasting Notes: Deep cherry colour and an elegant nose of forest fruits like blackberry layered with spices such as cloves, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate it is silky-smooth, medium-bodied and balanced with velvety tannins and a long harmonious finish. Expect a lingering tasting of oak, spice and ripe fruit.

Food Pairing: This wine pairs well with hearty meat dishes such as roasted lamb, beef tenderloin or braised beef cheeks as well as game and rich cheeses like aged Manchego. It is also versatile enough to be enjoyed with casseroles, stews and even some fish dishes.
