Tasting Notes: Ruby red in colour. The nose immediately reveals hints of cherry, blackberry and spices (black pepper. On the plate it is structured but agile, with a soft and enveloping tannin. Excellent persistence and pleasnt drinking.

Food Pairing: Best paired with savoury first courses, white meats, mixed grills and medium aged cheeses such as Monte Veronese.
