Background: Fresh fruit driven light bodied style with zero oak treatment. The red grapes of this superior wine come from the vineyards of the Moreniche Hills of Lake Garda. Refined, elegant and not overly demanding, it benefits from its no ageing process. Full flavoured notes of violet and iris when young, followed by fruity notes of cherry and raspberry following through on the palate with a pleasant slightly bitter finish.

Tasting Notes: Bright ruby red colour. Wild rose and violet at first then fruity of plum, currant and raspberry. It’s sapid, dry, light and smooth.

Food Pairing: This Italy red pairs well with robust appetisers, first courses and white meat main courses.
