Tasting Notes: Lovely dark chocolate and coffee with a mouth filling black cherry fruit compote. Intense ruby red, with violet tones. In the nose we can appreciate matured plums and ripe red fruit aromas. The palate is elegant, velvety tannins, medium to full-bodied with a long-lasting finish.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with barbecued stuffed pasta and aged soft cheese.
