Tasting Notes: Garnet red in colour. Intense and persistent, spicy (tobacco and jam), with aromas of licorice, fruity and a little ethereal. A full bodid wine, soft, balanced, intense and persistent. Ready to drink upon release but also good for aging5-6 years.

Food Pairing: This wine is best paired with legumes, mushrooms and tasty meats. OPI perfectly matches turkey and barbecue meat. Try also with Asian cuisine such as duck, beef and pork hot pots.
